While learning a second language as a child might be the best time in your life to learn, it doesn’t mean it’s impossible to do it when you’re an adult. However, this option can get expensive very quickly, as tutors will charge an hourly rate and you’ll need many, many hours of instruction to feel comfortable with the language.
